Inspiration from: David Hilliard

This guy's style is possibly my favorite out of all the people I have studied so far. Some of his subject matter is at times a little to raw for me personally-but the way he shoots amazes me. It's simple, but so well done. Hilliard specializes in panoramic photographs that span elements of or related to a single idea. A tilt and shift lens creates a narrow line of focus through a big percent of his images. Wish I could get my hands on one :P

"I find the enduring power and the sheer ability of a photograph to express a thought, a moment, or an idea, to be the most powerful expression of myself, both as an artist, and as an individual." - D. Hilliard
